Cotton, batik wall hanging or lap quilt 75 cm x 124 cm. I was inspired by images of underwater plants and fish when watching television. The swirling plants moving with the current, the fish hiding in amongst the weed. Memories of childhood fishing and exploring streams.
The backing cotton is quilted with a representation of the perch and weeds and water lilies.
